Meet Toni
Founder & CEO
I am passionate about helping others reach their goals personally and professionally. I have 23 years of leadership experience in a professional setting. I have developed hundreds of employees to reach their dream jobs along with managing the sales team, profit and loss financials, public speaking engagements, and creating marketing strategies in the financing sector (banking), non-profit sector (economic development), and professional sports (AA minor League Professional Hockey).
In 2021, I utilized all the skills I have acquired and launched my own coaching business helping individuals with lifestyle/mindset goals. I am expanding the business to incorporate professional development to help motivated individuals with a growth mindset accomplish their professional goals using the tools and strategies that have helped many of my former employees reach their dream jobs. This includes my own journey — breaking the glass ceiling in professional hockey!
Additionally, if you feel stuck and want to make a career change… I can help! I have changed careers and found success each time. We will work together to eliminate the fears and move into an empowered mindset.
